More complaints

The complaints choir phenomenon continues to grow.

Back in November Tony Palmeri suggested we do something similar in Oshkosh. I couldn't agree more.

Good to finally see some attempt to reign in the run-away cost of labor in the city. Approving a 1% increase for the City Manager is the first step. Even Bill Castle said that public sector wages were becoming out-of-line compared with the private sector. This momentum will hopefully become more established council wide and carry over with future union negotiations.

Good job Council!!

The City Managers "goals" are a joke. Come on, putting the goals up for public view is a goal?

Some serious goals could have been for the list.

I'm thinking a Corporate CEO whos being paid $104,000.00 a year should have way more stretch goals other than saying something "positive" at the end of each council meeting.

This just goes to show what a weak council we really have. I'm glad Mattox and Castle will be gone. I think Scherermann will also be gone after Tuesday.

We need more like Esslinger and McHugh!

Interesting to see City Labor make public stances on which candidate best "feathers their nest" Damn the expense to the taxpayer. We just want our wages to increase and keep our 95+% taxpayer paid healthcare. Hope we get some people on the council that can stop that insanity!
